Since completing his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, Greg has committed over 20 years to helping his clients improve their talent selection and development results. By merging an in-depth understanding of individual and interpersonal psychology with experience in a broad range of business settings, Greg helps clients more accurately assess the fit of potential hires, deepens their understanding of the organization’s current talent resources, and dynamically guides their leaders and teams toward more effective performance.  Greg has deep expertise in the interpretation of a wide variety of psychometric tools, and effectively applies this valuable skill across the human-resources spectrum. John Morrison, Ph.D., is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist who has spent over 20 years leveraging his broad talent assessment expertise to deliver solutions that support stakeholders’ business objectives.  John has conducted in-depth assessments of senior management candidates to inform selection, promotion, and development planning recommendations across a wide range of leadership roles and industries. As a seasoned leader of teams with operational as well as R&D responsibilities with hands-on experience developing and validating numerous trait and ability-focused measures, John brings a unique perspective to consulting engagements.  In addition to interventions targeting upper and middle organizational levels, John’s areas of specialization include high-volume talent assessment program design, validation and management, job analysis/competency modeling, and legal issues pertaining to talent management/assessment.

With a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior as the capstone to degrees in Social Psychology, Gail’s expertise exists at the intersection of business and psychology. Her more than twenty years of designing and delivering executive assessments is rooted in deep experience working with companies and managers at all levels. This allows her to partner with clients in identifying the candidates who will best contribute and thrive in their organizations. Recognizing that there is no such thing as “a perfect fit”, she also focuses on advising – both prior and subsequent to hire – all parties regarding how to work most productively together. A related focus for her is empowering clients to better understand and appreciate how psychological factors impact and shape an individual’s performance.
